Who is Erling Haaland's girlfriend?

Isabel Haugseng Johansen is the girlfriend of Manchester City's Erling Haaland. Described as an influencer and fashion enthusiast, the Norwegian comes from Bryne, the town where Haaland grew up. She played for the women's side of Bryne FK, his boyhood club, before reportedly giving up the game after losing motivation.

According to Haaland, she made the first move. "She sent me a message," he told NRK's A-laget. He has said he does not remember meeting her in Bryne as children, and that a romantic evening for them might mean playing Minecraft together or going home to Bryne for a kebab.

The pair walked the Ballon d'Or red carpet in Paris in 2023. In October 2024 Haaland announced they were expecting a baby, celebrating Norway's 3-0 win over Slovenia with a ball under his shirt. The couple have one child and are not married.

She covered the Norwegian magazine KK in June 2026, saying she wants to protect her family but also wants people "to get to know me". She has reportedly become an ambassador for the jeweller Langaard and is designing her own jewellery collection. The couple attended Dolce & Gabbana shows in Rome in July 2025 and in Taormina in July 2026, after she had supported Haaland at the World Cup. The family is reportedly based in Manchester.
