Sandra Calvert-Lewin, née Jerze, is the wife of Leeds United and England international Dominic Calvert-Lewin. A model, she has also been described as an interior designer.

They met at Chiltern Firehouse in London, when she was living in Zurich and he was based in Manchester. She later visited Manchester for a couple of days and, in her words, never left, moving to the UK about six months after they met.

Calvert-Lewin proposed in Sardinia in June 2024. They married in March 2025 in a civil ceremony at The Old Marylebone Town Hall, with a reception at The NoMad hotel the next day.

In May 2025 she received online abuse after praising her husband's Goodison Park scoring record; Everton condemned it and said it was working with Merseyside Police to identify those responsible. The couple are reported to have one child.
